List Meta Bug Fix

Thank you to those that reported a bug with changing list title and description. This was due to a feature that was merged in too soon, and wasn’t thouroughly tested. I have revert the change now, so we should now be reverted back to the working state.

Unfortunately, this does mean that list titles and descriptions that were changed by accident, will need to be manually updated again. I apologize greatly for the inconvenience.
